Substitution Policy:
Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, specific flower varieties may vary. If substitutions are necessary, blooms will be replaced with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the same vibrant yellow and white color palette.
The overall size, fullness, and sunny aesthetic of the arrangement will always remain consistent with the design shown.
? Container Notice:
Vase style may vary slightly based on availability, but it will always complement the yellow and white tones of the arrangement. The overall design and color harmony will remain true to the original look.
Fresh Flower Care ?
Keep flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat. For vase arrangements, check water daily and add fresh water as needed. For floral foam arrangements, add a small amount of water directly into the foam every 1–2 days to keep it moist. Remove wilted blooms to help flowers last longer.
Flower & Container Substitution Policy
We always strive to create every arrangement as pictured using the freshest flowers and containers available. In most cases, the arrangement you receive will closely match the product photo. However, occasional substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, farm production, transportation delays, or wholesaler inventory shortages — especially during holiday periods or when certain flowers are out of season.
These situations do not happen often, but they may occasionally occur with specialty flowers or seasonal designs, such as fall, winter, or holiday arrangements, before certain blooms become fully available.
If substitutions are needed, we will always use flowers and containers of equal or greater value while carefully maintaining the overall style, color palette, size, and design aesthetic of the original arrangement.
Container styles, vase shapes, or colors may also vary based on availability. In those cases, a similar container closest to the original design will be thoughtfully selected to preserve the beauty and presentation of the arrangement.
Delivery Policy
We work hard to ensure every arrangement is handcrafted and delivered with care and professionalism. While we always do our best to deliver within the requested delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, heavy traffic, road closures, vehicle issues, accidents, or other unexpected delivery interruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be safely left at the front door, reception area, or in a secure location hidden from public view when possible. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery for our records.
For hand-delivered orders, our drivers may also take a photo of the recipient accepting the arrangement as proof that the order was personally delivered successfully. This policy helps protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, false delivery disputes, or refund scams after a completed delivery.
If our driver determines that the arrangement cannot be safely left due to weather, theft concerns, apartment access restrictions, or unsafe conditions, the order will be returned, and redelivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery date based on the customer’s requested time and availability.
If an arrangement is refused or rejected by the recipient upon delivery, the arrangement will be returned; however, no refunds will be issued as the order was successfully designed, prepared, and delivery was attempted as requested.
