How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance for everyday arrangements and 1–2 weeks ahead for events or custom designs. Same-day delivery may be available depending on flower availability.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for select arrangements when orders are placed before our daily cutoff time.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout San Jose and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on location.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
We do our best to accommodate time requests for special occasions, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a neighbor, or contact the recipient for delivery instructions.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
We strive to create arrangements as close to the photo as possible. Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or containers may be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.
What flowers are seasonal?
Flower availability changes throughout the year. Seasonal blooms may vary based on weather and market conditions.
How do I keep my flowers fresh longer?
Change the water every 2–3 days
Trim stems at an angle before placing in fresh water
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat
Remove wilted blooms as needed
How long do fresh flowers usually last?
Most fresh arrangements last 5–10 days with proper care.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! Every arrangement includes the option to add a personalized card message at no additional cost.
Do you offer add-ons?
Yes! Depending on availability, we may offer balloons, candles, chocolates, plush bears, wine accessories, and more.
